Generally speaking colors can be categorized into three groups.
Aqua pool liner colors in water.
If the finish is tan green or black those colors will tint the water so that it appears more green or aqua.
For example vinyl liner manufacturer plastimayd groups their colors this way.
One of common problems we hear about is how the colour of the liner changes once water is added to the pool or sunlight turns to shade.
It s tough to know what the liner will look like until water is added to the pool but with our water colour selector you can see how different liner colours react differently when water is added.
White liners become teal grey liners become blue etc.
Aqua liners achieve a lagoon look with tan or sandy pattern colors.
Grey liners turn your swimming pool water a dark teal colour giving your swimming pool water a lagoon look.
When the finish is a blue white or gray it will be a true blue.
Pure clean water will give any finish a blue tint that will increase as the pool gets deeper.
For pools surrounded by vegetation the water will take on a green tone.
If the pool is surrounded by plants especially large trees it will look greener and darker.
Dark medium and light.
